Due to its popularity, there is a wide variety of meditation books, apps, podcasts, CDs, and teachers out there, and it can be difficult to know where to begin.
Our meditation practices focus on the act of softening and relaxing into your experience, allowing everything to be as it is. In our experience, when you meditate with an attitude of openness and allowing, rather than with concentration and one-pointed focus, all the surface tension created by the mind and the thoughts dissipates, allowing you to experience your true nature, which is an infinite background of stillness, also referred to as awareness, consciousness, and the Being. This gentle enquiry into the Self helps you cultivate an intimacy and connection with your Being, allowing you to move more easefully and gracefully through life, and respond to life’s challenges with clarity and openness of perspective, rather than react from a mindset of scarcity, Doership, force and control.

We offer 30 or 45-minute Guided Meditation sessions, in packages of 3, 6 and 9.
Each session includes a practical guided meditation tailored to suit your needs, intentions and preferences, and spiritual mentoring wherein we will discuss your intentions and goals and the meditation techniques that may suit you, your meditation experiences and whether or not the practices are benefitting you, and any questions you may have about your overall spiritual development. These sessions and bundles are designed to help you develop a consistent and fulfilling meditation practice for yourself.
