Remedial Massage is a form of therapeutic Bodywork that aims to restore soft tissue function by reversing or stopping environmental damage. This practice assesses, treats (remediates), manages and prevents soft tissue dysfunction through the manual manipulation of muscles and joints, aiming to restore function, reduce pain and discomfort, and build a solid foundation against further damage. A single Remedial session can include a combination of techniques depending on the practitioner, and your needs, preferences, physical condition, and specific concerns. Chloe specialises in Myofascial Release, using techniques such as Cupping, Deep TissueTrigger Point Therapy & assisted stretching (learn more about each technique here)
